No. Naturopathic and integrative services are not covered under OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Plan) or MSP (Medical Services Plan in British Columbia). All of our visits and programs are private-pay.

Yes. We offer direct billing to most extended health insurance providers. However, coverage depends on your individual plan. Some plans may cover visits with a practitioner, while others may not.

Our “6 Pack” program and other 6-week offerings provide structured, team-supported experiences that focus on areas such as fat loss, muscle building, gut health, stress reduction, and hormone balance. These programs include group coaching, accountability, and education but are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.

Our condition-specific programs—such as Digestion, Fertility, and Metabolic health—are delivered as pay-per-service appointments by our licensed Naturopathic Doctors, Acupuncturists, Counsellors, Nurse Practitioners, and other healthcare providers. Appointment fees may be eligible for coverage under your extended health insurance plan; please confirm directly with your insurer prior to booking.
Our 6-week health intensives are considered educational and lifestyle-based, and are not billable through insurance.
